Rental Policy

Rental Agreement to be signed with a deposit of 50% down to secure the specified dates. A Damage Deposit (separate check) of $1,000 to be sent with the balance. The balance is due 2 weeks before the booking date. Personal or business checks will be accepted. If plans change and prospective renter is unable to stay on their secured dates, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. No amount of the deposit will be refunded.

7% Maine Lodging Tax

If you choose to pay with PayPal the tenant is responsible for any fees.

Required Stay

Saturday to Saturday ( Flexible )
Check in time is 4:00P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M.
